Friday 8.12: Hills

2 miles up/Hills/2 miles down/

Group 1: 7x300m
Group 2: 5x250m

YOYO MAA was an animal today!!!  He led start to finish and put THE FACE on to blow away the group on the last TWO hills.  AWESOME!!!
