Friday - Sunday 12/24-12/25

Merry Christmas to all those who celebrate!!!

This weekend get in TWO quality distance runs this weekend. Take one day of rest. If you celebrate Christmas take the day off and spend time with your family. If you don't, take any of the three days off and do the same.

Week totaled should put you anywhere between 24 and 40+ miles for the week.

See everyone Monday at 10:00 for practice.
